The Celtic season of Samhain (sow-win) is traditionally a time of release. The harvest is in, the darkness is coming; it’s the end of the old year and the beginning of the new. All seeds begin their life in darkness and Samhain honours the cycle of life.
So it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year gone by, release what doesn’t serve us and lay the ground for sowing seeds of desire in the year to come.
Each day at 11am from the 5th to the 10th of November, I’m offering a virtual workshop live from Ireland. It coincides with the new moon on the 7th and therefore the official start of Samhain. We’ll work through the Free & Clear programme, I’ll lead some meditations from the work of John O’Donoghue and Dolores Whelan and we’ll joyfully celebrate the coming season.
Sign up here and join me from the coast of Ireland. Weather permitting we may even manage to do some of it outside on the beautiful North Down coast! (You’ll all be tucked up warm, I’ll be the one freezing her ass of!)
